stuartcw on Cool video of a steel block floating in mercury. Guy also tries to push a heavy coin into it, but it floats like a cork.
I remember using a pencil to flick little balls of Mercury out of the cracks in the desk at School where they had got stuck after someone had spilt some Mercury there.. The lab assistant there said it was probably OK to consume some as it was so heavy that it would pass through your body pretty quickly. Ahh.. the good old days, bring back the 1980s.
