I created a morbid new word today:
Mobituary: Your final email, text message or picture posted from your mobile communication device at the point that you know that death is immanent.
Combination of Mobile + Obituary
[Middle English, from Old French, from Latin mbilis, from *movibilis, from movre, to move. See meu- in Indo-European Roots.]
[Medieval Latin obiturius, (report) of death, from Latin obitus, death, from past participle of obre, to meet, meet one's death : ob-, toward; see ob- + re, to go; see ei- in Indo-European Roots.]
Mie had similar thoughts to be during a recent earthquake.
